REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
• Until 48 hours before delivery day: Cancel or request a refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Within 48 hours of delivery day: The rental fee is non-refundable.

Refunds are available until 48 hours before the delivery day. After this period, the rental fee is nonrefundable. To request a refund or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or +966 54 688 3322 within the 48-hour window above, quoting your order number and event date. Once approved, the refund is returned to the card or payment method you used at checkout. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

CHARGES THAT MAY APPLY AFTER YOUR EVENT
These are not refunds, but they affect what you may be charged after the rental period. Each is set out in full in our Terms & Conditions.

Late returns
Rental periods are one day. Items not returned or ready for collection on time incur a late fee of 50% of the total rental price per additional day (Section 5).

Damage, loss and the damage waiver
You are responsible for rented items from delivery until pickup. The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage on everything except linens; it does not cover theft, vandalism, misuse or damage beyond normal wear and tear, which is charged at full replacement cost. Damaged products are otherwise charged at triple the one-day rental price (Sections 6, 7 and 12).

Cleaning and repacking
China, glassware and flatware should be rinsed, scraped free of debris and repacked in their original containers; linens returned dry in the mesh bag provided. Additional fees may apply otherwise (Section 8).

Delivery changes
Delivery and pickup rates are per truck and by location; orders needing more than one delivery or truck may carry extra charges. Items not stacked and ready in the agreed place at pickup may also incur additional fees (Section 9).
